English (AU) Investing in the Trilift® range of specialised tooling is great, but commissioning and training are of utmost importance to ensure that your tooling is utilised safely and to its full potential.
Commissioning and training can be carried out by an authorised technician. Online and/or onsite training consists of both classroom theory and workshop practical training and assessment. Certificates of competency are provided to participants upon successful completion. Contact us for further information.
At Hedweld we have a designated Technical Support Team to help you troubleshoot any issues with commissioning, training, installation or performance.
If you are an existing Hedweld customer we can provide comprehensive Onsite Audit Reports on your equipment. It is our aim to ensure your Trilift® equipment is in optimum working condition.
At Hedweld we want you to get the most out of your investment, so our Trilift® products are supplied with ongoing preventative maintenance schedules. These include daily, monthly, quarterly and annual checklists to make sure your equipment keeps running smoothly.
The Hedweld Technical Support Team can provide your site with ongoing preventative maintenance and support. Hedweld have inducted Field Service Technicians with fully equipped vehicles who can provide;
- preventative maintenance,
- breakdown repairs, and
- onsite installations.

Hedweld’s Spare Parts team are able to assist you when ordering the spare parts you require. It is our commitment to customers that spare parts in stock will be dispatched the same or next day, on your transport.
Hedweld stocks a wide range of spare parts for our Trilift® equipment at our main warehouse in Mt Thorley NSW, Mackay QLD, Perth WA and Twin Falls Idaho USA. We also stock a small consignment stock with a number of our Agents and Distributors to ensure customers in that region obtain spare parts quickly.
In order to maintain or repair your Trilift® products it is important that you have critical spare parts available in your store. Our helpful team can assess your equipment and provide you with a list of critical spare parts. Our products are designed with commonality in mind to minimise the variations of spare parts required onsite.
