About Trilift Cat Rim Adapter Tool (Cat RAT)

The Trilift® Cat Tyre Rim Adaptor Tool (Part No: TL11401) is designed to assist with the removal and installation. Particular Cat rear wheel drive designs have an adaptor secured to the hub (that the outer wheel assembly attaches to) which must be moved before the inner wheel assembly can be removed and/or replaced.

Located above head height, each of the two halves of the rim adaptor weights 323kg/712lbs and are difficult to safely remove and install. The Trilift® Cat Tyre Rim Adaptor Tool securely handles both halves of the rim adaptor simultaneously and positions them into a transport frame.
