The Company

Hedweld manufactures and supplies a range of technologically advanced products specifically designed to assist with the removal, installation and handling of components on mining and heavy earthmoving vehicles. Components such as Wheel Motors, Hoist Cylinders, Final Drives, Hub and Strut Assemblies, Transmissions, Differentials and more can be safely handled using our Trilift® lifting and component handling products. As well as supporting the Australian mining industry, Hedweld products are exported worldwide to countries including Canada, South Africa, South America, China and the USA.

Maintenance Support Products

The Hedweld designed and manufactured Trilift® range of maintenance support, component lifting and handling products offers improved safety and efficiency for personnel involved in the removal and installation of mining and heavy earthmoving vehicle components. All of the Trilift® products are purpose designed to suit a large range of standard components and offer improved alternatives to the traditional component lifting and handling options.

Product Development

To keep pace with the ever changing developments in heavy machinery design, Hedweld works closely with OEM's to custom design new and innovative products to make component lifting and handling safer and more time efficient. With the release of each new and larger mining or earthmoving vehicle comes the need to safely lift and handle heavier components. Hedweld is constantly reviewing product designs in order to provide the market with timely solutions to the latest lifting and handling requirements.
